  • How to get and maintain your 10-year part warranty?

    • Call (270) 681-0990 within 30 days of closing so we can send an equipment registration confirmation via email.
    • Keep record of annual AC and furnace maintenance.
  • Are filters covered under warranty?

    No, filters are considered routine maintenance.

  • Is there maintenance to humidifiers?

    Yes, water panels / filters and pistons need annual maintenance.

  • What humidity should I set my humidifier?

    We have found most homeowners like it around 40%.

  • What temperature should I keep my house at?

    The ACCA design is 75 degrees with 56%RH in the summer or 70 degrees in the winter.

  • Does my HVAC system make water?

    Yes, a condensing furnace (gas 90+) will and so will your air conditioner. Its important to check drains when you change your filters.

  • When can I claim a warranty?

    During normal business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

  • Can I put a fence around my air conditioner?

    Yes but try to keep all vegetation / fences 30” or further from your unit.

  • How do I know when to replace my filter?

    Simply hold it up to light, if you cannot see light through the filter it needs to be changed (check monthly).

  • How often should I have my unit serviced?

  • What do I do if I find any issues with my system?

    Call (270) 681-0990 and we will send a licensed technician to your home.

  • How much is a service call?

    If your labor and parts are out of warranty, there is a small diagnostic fee, and we will give you solutions from there.

  • What is our workmanship warranty?

    1-year warranty (labor) begins from closing date for original homeowner. Covers anything we did or that the manufacture did.

  • Is there a labor warranty?

    1-year warranty (labor) begins from closing date for original homeowner. For selected equipment, 10 year warranty (labor) is provided. Our representative will go over the warranty options and advise you on the best solution for your home.
